Evans & Dixon, LLC Elects Seven New Members 

 

We are thrilled to share the momentous outcome of our recent partner election process, which culminated in the selection of 7 new partners who will join the esteemed leadership of our firm effective January 1, 2024. These individuals have been an integral part of our team, consistently showcasing exemplary legal acumen, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to client success.

Meet Evans & Dixon's Newest Members:  

Molly Anderson (St. Louis, MO): Ms. Anderson joined Evans & Dixon in 2017 as an associate in the Workers’ Compensation practice after graduating from Saint Louis University School of Law. Ms. Anderson earned Concentrations in Health Law and Criminal Litigation Skills. Ms. Anderson has experience handling Workers’ Compensation matters for education/schools, medical/healthcare, retail and restaurant services, construction, and transportation.  Her case experience includes falls, fractures, back injuries, neck injuries, upper extremity injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, lower extremity injuries, sprains, strains, tears, and repetitive trauma. 

Joshua Baker (Springfield, MO): Mr. Baker joined Evans & Dixon in 2021 in the firm's Springfield, MO office. Mr. Baker is a native of Missouri, having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baker had his own practice. He also has experience clerking for a Federal judge for the Western District in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Baker is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney who has obtained successful trial verdicts for his clients both at the trial level, and at the appellate level before the Southern District Court of Appeals. 

Katelyn Gannon (St. Louis, MO): Ms. Gannon joined Evans & Dixon in 2020 in the firm's Civil Litigation Department. She concentrates the majority of her practice on insurance defense, personal injury and premise liability. Ms. Gannon’s previous experience includes family law, personal injury, and civil defense. Ms. Gannon has had the opportunity to first chair several bench trials in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Franklin County, and Jefferson County. 

Brittany Perry (Springfield, MO): Ms. Perry joined Evans & Dixon in 2019 in the firm's Workers' Compensation practice. Ms. Perry also specializes in advocacy for survivors of domestic violence, stalking and sexual assault. Following law school, Ms. Perry worked for 2 years as a civil litigation attorney in the Springfield area handling premise liability, automobile insurance defense, real estate, and defective construction cases. 

John Ryan, Jr. (Kansas City, MO): Mr. Ryan joined Evans & Dixon in 2018 as a Workers' Compensation Defense attorney. He graduated from UMKC School of Law in 2017 with Pro Bono honors. Mr. Ryan is a member of the Missouri Bar Association. 

Andrew Wiles (Kansas City, MO): Mr. Wiles joined Evans & Dixon in 2017 and focuses his practice in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Civil Litigation and Subrogation. He also has experience practicing family law, and is a licensed member of both the Western and Eastern District of Missouri Court of Appeals.  

Heather Williams (St. Louis, MO): Ms. Williams joined Evans & Dixon in 2019 in the Workers' Compensation practice.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Williams worked as an associate at another St. Louis firm for four years where she handled Workers’ Compensation defense cases from beginning to end, including initial analysis, claimant depositions, negotiations, final hearing, and settlement. Ms. Williams is also experienced in handling Workers' Compensation appeals at the Commission and Court of Appeals level and defending Medical Fee Disputes for her clients.
